Off the plane, minutes from the meeting
Las Colinas is one of the closest business districts to DFW: McKesson lists its Las Colinas headquarters about 5 miles from the airport. With the flight monitored, the chauffeur is ready whether you land early or late.
Arrival details on our DFW Airport chauffeur service page.

Headquarters meetings, one after another
Caterpillar, McKesson, Kimberly-Clark and other global companies are headquartered in Irving, many along O’Connor Boulevard and State Highway 161. With hourly service, the chauffeur waits at each building and moves when you do.

A delegation to the convention center
The Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas has about 100,000 square feet of meeting space. An Escalade or Yukon Denali seats up to six, and several vehicles can be coordinated for a speaking slot or a client group. See corporate event transportation.

Board members and principals
For directors and principals, the afternoon can move to our Elite Class Mercedes‑Maybach. Confidentiality and NDA arrangements can be discussed in advance; see CEO transportation.
Dinner by Lake Carolyn, then the airport or home
End the day at the Toyota Music Factory, a hotel restaurant by Lake Carolyn or the Ritz-Carlton, then back to the hotel, to DFW for a late departure, or home to Dallas.
