Love Field and DFW, timed to the flight
Dallas Love Field is the closest airport to the Park Cities, a short drive west along Mockingbird Lane. For international or connecting trips, DFW takes longer, so the pickup time allows for it.
Add the airline and flight number and we monitor the arrival, so a delay moves the pickup instead of your plans.
SMU visits with a real meeting point
“SMU” is not a pickup point; a building is. Campus visitors check in at the Laura Lee Blanton Building, 6185 Airline Road, according to SMU’s visitor directions. For events, share the venue or entrance and the return time.
Families arriving by air can go straight from the gate to campus and on to their hotel in one reservation.
Dinner and evenings, one chauffeur
Snider Plaza, Highland Park Village, Preston Center, Uptown or a dinner downtown. With hourly service, the same chauffeur waits between stops and takes you home, so there is no ride to arrange at the end of the night.
Around Snider Plaza, name the restaurant or shop rather than “the plaza” so the pickup is at the right curb.
Game days and campus events
On SMU football Saturdays, parking is limited to designated areas, and cars without permits in University Park’s resident-only zones may be ticketed (SMU Athletics). A chauffeured SUV for up to six removes the parking question, with drop-off and return planned around the crowd.
