Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations and transportation services provided by MP Limousine ("MP Limousine," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability and acceptance by MP Limousine.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate reservation information.
  • Pickup locations, destination addresses, passenger counts, and flight information must be accurate at the time of booking.
  • Rates are based on the information provided during reservation.
  • Changes may result in additional charges.
  • Special requests are subject to availability.

Payment Terms

  • Payment authorization may be required at the time of booking.
  • Corporate billing arrangements require prior approval.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, additional stops, route changes, parking fees, tolls, damages, cleaning fees, or services beyond the original reservation.
  • Outstanding balances may result in cancellation of future reservations.

Airport Transportation

MP Limousine utilizes flight tracking technology for airport reservations when valid flight information is provided.

  • Flight arrivals are monitored and adjusted automatically when flights are delayed or arrive early.
  • Pickup timing may be adjusted based on updated airline information.
  • Passengers remain responsible for communicating itinerary changes when possible.
  • Airport pickup locations are subject to airport regulations and terminal operations.

Waiting Time Policy

Complimentary waiting time is included for most reservations.

  • Airport Arrivals: One (1) hour of complimentary waiting time is included beginning from the flight's actual gate arrival time.
  • MP Limousine tracks flights in real time and automatically adjusts arrival information for delayed or early flights. Complimentary waiting time begins based on the updated actual flight arrival time, not the originally scheduled arrival time.
  • Non-Airport Pickups: Fifteen (15) minutes of complimentary waiting time is included for all non-airport pickups.
  • Additional waiting time beyond the complimentary allowance may be billed at the applicable hourly rate for the reserved vehicle class.
  • If the passenger cannot be reached after the complimentary waiting period expires, the reservation may be classified as a no-show.

Cancellation Policy

MP Limousine understands that travel plans may change. The following cancellation policies apply:

  • Existing Customers: Reservations canceled at least two (2) hours before the scheduled pickup time may be canceled without charge.
  • New Customers: Reservations canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled pickup time may be canceled without charge.
  • Reservations canceled after the applicable cancellation deadline may be charged up to the full reservation amount.
  • No-show reservations may be charged the full reservation amount.
  • Special event reservations, group transportation, specialty vehicles, and custom transportation arrangements may be subject to separate cancellation requirements.

FIFA World Cup 2026 Reservations

Due to extraordinary demand, vehicle allocation requirements, and operational planning associated with FIFA World Cup 2026 events, all FIFA World Cup 2026 reservations are considered final once confirmed.

  • FIFA World Cup 2026 reservations are non-cancelable.
  • FIFA World Cup 2026 reservations are non-refundable.
  • Reservation modifications may be accommodated only when operationally feasible.
  • Any exceptions must be approved in writing by MP Limousine.

No-Show Policy

A reservation may be considered a no-show when:

  • The passenger fails to appear within the applicable waiting period.
  • The passenger cannot be reached using the contact information provided.
  • The passenger voluntarily abandons the reservation.

No-show reservations may be charged the full reservation amount.

Vehicle Substitution

MP Limousine reserves the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle when necessary due to maintenance requirements, operational needs, weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and safely.

Service may be terminated without refund for:

  • Illegal activity
  • Violence or threats
  • Harassment of chauffeurs or staff
  • Property damage
  • Unsafe conduct
  • Smoking inside vehicles
  • Possession of illegal substances

Vehicle Damage and Cleaning Fees

Passengers may be responsible for repair costs, excessive cleaning fees, damage to vehicle interiors or exteriors, burns, stains, broken equipment, or any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Lost and Found

Passengers are responsible for personal belongings.

MP Limousine is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items left in vehicles. Reasonable efforts will be made to assist with recovery when possible.

Service Animals

Service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

Limitation of Liability

MP Limousine will make every reasonable effort to provide timely and reliable transportation services.

However, MP Limousine shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or service failures resulting from:

  • Traffic congestion
  • Road closures
  • Weather conditions
  • Airport delays
  • Flight cancellations
  • Government actions
  • Acts of terrorism
  • Mechanical failures beyond reasonable control
  • Force majeure events

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MP Limousine's liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation giving rise to the claim.

Privacy

Use of MP Limousine services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

MP Limousine reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page and become effective upon publication.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
