Alcohol & Drug Policy:

MP Limousine has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the use of alcohol or drugs by drivers. No possession, consumption, or intoxication of alcohol or illegal substances is permitted at any time. The use of, or being under the influence of, illicit drugs and/or alcohol is strictly inconsistent with the professional behavior expected from employees of MP Limousine.

The use, possession, distribution, or sale of controlled substances, such as drugs or alcohol, or being under the influence of such substances, is strictly prohibited while working for MP Limousine or while operating any of the Company’s vehicles. Misuse of prescribed or over-the-counter drugs that could impair safety is also prohibited.

Drug & Alcohol Testing:

MP Limousine participates in random drug and alcohol testing to ensure a safe work environment.

Post-accident testing may be required immediately following any incident involving a company vehicle.

Violating this policy will result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment.
